Acne is a skin problem which affects people of any skin type and age. Though, acne is considered as a facial skin condition by many people, the fact is that acne breakouts may be on any body part. Body acne is the most common condition which is irritating and leads to permanent scars too. Acne pores and acne scars are the acne marks which are left on the skin after curing acne. Severe acne results in cysts, also called nodules below the surface of the skin that result in scars.

Treatments for Body Acne Scars:Following are some of the treatments for treating body acne scars:
- Punch Technique: Punch technique loosens pitted scars as well as lets the scar tissues to rise to the surrounding skin surface. in some cases, pitted scar is removed and is replaced with a small graft of the skin. often, skin graft is taken from the backside of the earlobe.

- Acne Chemical Peels: these use acid treatments for obtaining a smooth and even skin to peel the damaged skin. Upper layer of the skin is removed by applying chemicals on the skin and because of this skin regenerates for having a smooth appearance. this is an efficient remedy for curing moderate scars.
